Pilot CompletedAfter receiving the Pilot 1 intelligence report, Duco Events came back to continue the conversation. The first real signal that the product resonates with someone running shows at scale.
All six sections of the methodology pressure-tested. 49 prediction principles confirmed and locked. The Observation Bible, Brief Enrichment Protocol, and SOVL Knowledge Base are all complete. The system is fully documented.

The April 2026 ruling confirmed that the major incumbents in live music cannot structurally hold an independent intelligence position. Their commercial relationships prevent them from being seen to judge show performance impartially. Musync's independent position is now structurally protected.
Structural Moat ConfirmedA five-table Supabase database is in production. Every show, observer, prediction, interval log, and outcome is now permanently recorded. The dataset compounds from Pilot 2 onward.

Before doors open, Musync builds a complete audience intelligence picture. Taste clusters, energy curve forecasts, pacing risk windows, and confidence-banded creative directives, all delivered to the production team before showtime.
Trained observers log crowd signals at five-minute intervals across multiple positions. Stage-Side Observer captures the stimulus channel. No automation, no live control, pure observation that validates predictions and builds the proprietary dataset.
Every show is scored. Predictions are compared against observed outcomes, classified as Hit, Near Hit, False Positive, or Miss, and fed back into the model. Over time, this builds Musync's proprietary live audience response dataset: the core moat.
